Genesis has just unveiled two stunning new concept cars at the 2025 Seoul Mobility Show: the X Gran Coupe Concept and the X Gran Convertible Concept. Both vehicles are built on the same architecture as the brand’s flagship G90 and showcase the future direction of Genesis design.

The reveal took place under the theme “Unfold a New Era of Genesis,” and both cars push the limits of innovation and luxury. The X Gran Coupe Concept is inspired by the elegance of Mediterranean olive trees, while the X Gran Convertible Concept aims to capture the essence of European wine culture. These themes provide the foundation for the unique and sophisticated designs of both models.
Genesis aims to demonstrate its next chapter in performance and design, as stated by Mike Song, the Global Head of Genesis. “With over 1.3 million customers worldwide, we’re seizing this moment to showcase what’s next for the brand,” Song noted.
Both the X Gran Coupe and Convertible feature Genesis’s signature “Two-Line” design, characterized by sleek lines, widened fenders, and bold wheel designs. Inside, the interiors of both cars use luxurious materials such as quilted leather, olive wood veneers, and crystal details. The X Gran Coupe’s cabin is bathed in ambient lighting inspired by olive trees, while the X Gran Convertible takes inspiration from the rich colors of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from Italy’s Livorno region.

For those eager to see these groundbreaking concepts up close, the X Gran Coupe, X Gran Convertible, and other exciting Genesis models will be on display at the KINTEX booth from April 4 to 13.
