Rumors surrounding the upcoming Motorola Edge 60 series suggest that the company is preparing to launch two models, the Edge 60 and Edge 60 Pro. While Motorola has yet to make an official announcement, early reports speculate on pricing, storage options, and design changes.
According to an alleged retailer listing, the Motorola Edge 60 might launch at €399.90 (~$431) for the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant, slightly higher than earlier speculations of €380 (~$412). Additionally, a 512GB version of the Edge 60 Pro is rumored to be in the works, potentially priced €50 more than its 256GB counterpart. However, there is still no confirmed release date for either device.
One of the most interesting rumors is a mystery button on the left side of the Edge 60 Pro, which was not found on the Edge 50 Pro. While the exact function is unknown, some believe it could serve as a dedicated camera shutter button or a customizable shortcut for various features.
The Edge 60 Pro is also rumored to come in green, blue, and purple, with a Sony Lytia sensor and optical image stabilization (OIS) to improve camera performance.
Previous reports hinted that the Edge 60 Pro had appeared in FCC certification filings, and pricing speculation suggests it could cost €600 in the European market. As with all rumors, these details should be taken with caution until Motorola provides official confirmation.
