Rumors suggest that iOS 19 could bring a major design overhaul inspired by visionOS. While Apple has not confirmed anything, a new interactive mockup offers a preview of what the update might look like.
A user named Shane created the mockup using Play, making it accessible through an App Clip. The design features frosted glass effects, rounded icons, and deeper shadows, similar to visionOS. Users can interact with the mockup and explore apps like Settings, Music, and Camera, with a working preview if permissions are granted.
The speculation started when Jon Prosser shared a rumored redesign of the Camera app with floating buttons. Later, Mark Gurman of Bloomberg claimed that iOS 19 and macOS 16 would introduce some of the biggest interface changes in years. Apple’s WWDC 2025 artwork has also fueled rumors, as it shares a similar aesthetic.
This mockup is based on speculation and is not an official Apple release. Apple will reveal the real iOS 19 update at WWDC 2025 on June 9.
